Risk Disclaimer

Read this first. TradeArena is an educational simulation. Nothing you see, click or build on the platform is financial product advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, crypto-asset or currency.

Paper trading only

Every trade you place on TradeArena is simulated. Your starting balance, P&L, holdings, leaderboard rank and reward capital are bookkeeping entries inside our database — they are not real money, real shares or real crypto. No real orders are sent to any exchange or broker, and no real money is at risk on the platform at this time.

Future live trading

If and when TradeArena introduces a real-money trading product in the future, that product will be operated through an ASIC-regulated Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) holder. You will be required to opt in separately, complete additional identity and suitability checks, and accept a separate set of terms before any real funds can be deposited.

Past performance

Simulated performance, paper-portfolio returns, leaderboard rankings and back-tested results displayed on TradeArena do not indicate or guarantee future performance in real markets. Real trading involves slippage, partial fills, financing costs, taxes, brokerage, currency conversion and emotional pressure that paper trading cannot fully replicate.

Not financial advice

The lessons, reels, theses, comments, charts, signals and market data shown on TradeArena are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not personal financial product advice and they do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Before making any real-world investment decision, you should:

Market data

Quotes and charts on TradeArena come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We display a "delayed" pill when a price snapshot is more than 60 seconds old. Do not rely on TradeArena prices for real-money decisions.

Crypto-asset risk

Crypto-assets are highly volatile, largely unregulated, and can lose substantial value in short periods. Many crypto-assets are not financial products under Australian law and are not covered by ASIC's investor compensation arrangements.
